These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and buyers/sellers using our escrow system.
MyCryptoMM provides an automated cryptocurrency escrow service ("middleman service") that temporarily holds digital assets during a transaction between two parties (a buyer and a seller). Our platform:
MyCryptoMM is not a financial institution, exchange, or payment processor. We do not provide financial advice and do not have control over the underlying blockchain networks.
To use MyCryptoMM, you must:
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account, password, or authentication tokens with third parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. MyCryptoMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Usernames must be 3–13 alphanumeric characters. You may not impersonate MyCryptoMM staff, other users, or any other person or entity.
The escrow process works as follows:
Funds sent to an escrow wallet are held until the buyer releases them or a dispute is resolved. Do not send funds to an escrow wallet without verifying the deal details.
Service fees are calculated based on the USD value of the deal at time of creation:
Fees are deducted from the amount sent to the seller. The party responsible for the fee is agreed upon between buyer and seller before payment. Fees are non-refundable once the deal is completed.
Network/gas fees for blockchain transactions are separate from our service fee and are deducted automatically from the transaction.
You may not use MyCryptoMM for:
Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.
If a dispute arises between buyer and seller, either party may open a dispute from the deal page. MyCryptoMM staff will review evidence provided by both parties and make a final determination as to how funds should be released.
MyCryptoMM's decision in disputes is final. We act as an impartial mediator and cannot guarantee any particular outcome. To submit evidence, contact our support team via Discord.
If we cannot resolve a dispute, funds may be held indefinitely until the situation is clarified or a court order is received.
