These Terms of Service govern your use of Mycryptomm. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your country to use this service. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

3. Deal System

Our platform facilitates secure transactions between two parties using a crypto escrow system. The buyer sends funds to an escrow address managed by MCM Bot. Funds are only released to the seller after confirmation from the buyer. Sellers only provide a public crypto wallet address for receiving payment. No sensitive or private keys are ever required or stored.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service to sell illegal products, scam other users, or bypass the escrow system. Violations may lead to suspension or legal action.

5. Fees

Transaction fees apply and are disclosed before each deal. Either the buyer or seller will cover the fees, based on mutual agreement before payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure safe and secure transactions, we are not responsible for losses caused by user mistakes, fake deliveries, or external attacks. Use the platform at your own risk.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the service implies acceptance.
