1. Scope of the Bot

The MyCryptoMM Discord bot is a matching and communication tool. It helps users discover buyers or sellers and share legal policy links. It is not a payment gateway and does not settle deals by itself.

2. Access and eligibility

• You must comply with Discord Terms, server rules, and MyCryptoMM rules.
• You must provide accurate and non-misleading information.
• You are responsible for your Discord account and any linked MyCryptoMM account.

3. Prohibited activity

• Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive offers.
• Illegal goods, services, or activities.
• Spam, harassment, threats, or attempts to bypass moderation controls.
• Abuse of bot commands, automation abuse, or security exploitation attempts.

4. Marketplace matching and transactions

The bot may help users connect, but transaction execution must be done on MyCryptoMM escrow workflows. You remain fully responsible for reviewing counterparties, deal details, and delivery conditions before releasing funds.

5. Moderation and enforcement

MyCryptoMM may rate limit, mute, suspend, or ban users from bot features for abuse, security concerns, or policy violations. Content may be removed without prior notice when risk is detected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCryptoMM is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from user disputes, failed deliveries, downtime, account compromise, or misuse of Discord accounts.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version published on this page is the governing version.
