The initiator sets the crypto type, enters the partner's username, describes the deal, and optionally sets the amount. A unique deal link is generated.

Both Parties Confirm

Both users join via the deal link, select their roles (buyer/seller), confirm the amount and agree on who pays the platform fee.

Buyer Sends Payment

The buyer sends the agreed crypto to the escrow wallet address. Our system monitors the blockchain and confirms the payment automatically.

Funds Released

Once the buyer is satisfied with the exchange, they click "Release Funds". The escrow sends the crypto to the seller instantly — deal complete.

How does the escrow process work?

One party creates a deal and shares the link with their partner. Both join, select buyer/seller roles, confirm the amount, agree on who pays the fee, and then the buyer sends crypto to the unique escrow wallet address. Once payment is detected on-chain, the buyer reviews and releases funds to the seller. The whole process is automated — no human middleman required.

Is my crypto safe?

Yes. Each deal generates a unique, dedicated wallet address. Your funds remain in that wallet until the buyer explicitly releases them. Funds cannot be moved without buyer approval — and our system handles the on-chain transaction securely and automatically.

What happens if the other party doesn't respond?

If the partner doesn't join within 10 minutes of the deal being created, the deal is automatically cancelled. If funds have already been sent to escrow and a dispute arises, you can contact our support team who will review the evidence and mediate the situation.

Which cryptocurrencies are supported?

We support BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum ERC-20), LTC (Litecoin), SOL (Solana), USDT (ERC-20 & SPL), and USDC (ERC-20 & SPL). Litecoin is currently fully live. All other coins are in testing and will be available soon.

How are fees calculated and who pays them?

Fees are: $0.10 flat for deals under $60, $1.50 flat for deals between $60–$249, and 1% for deals $250 and above. You and your partner agree during the deal setup who will pay the fee — buyer or seller. The fee is automatically included in the escrow amount.

Can I use MyCryptoMM for any type of trade?

MyCryptoMM is designed for legal peer-to-peer trades involving digital assets. Any use of the platform for illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet, but our website is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on our roadmap and will be announced in our Discord community.
