Every trade follows the same trusted 4-step process. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

Create a Deal

The initiator sets the crypto type, enters the partner's username, describes the deal, and optionally sets the amount. A unique deal link is generated.

Both Parties Confirm

Both users join via the deal link, select their roles (buyer/seller), confirm the amount and agree on who pays the platform fee.

Buyer Sends Payment

The buyer sends the agreed crypto to the escrow wallet address. Our system monitors the blockchain and confirms the payment automatically.

Funds Released

Once the buyer is satisfied with the exchange, they click "Release Funds". The escrow sends the crypto to the seller instantly — deal complete.

01 How does the escrow process work?

One party creates a deal and shares the link with their partner. Both join, select buyer/seller roles, confirm the amount, agree on who pays the fee, and then the buyer sends crypto to the unique escrow wallet. Once payment is detected on-chain, the buyer releases funds to the seller — fully automated, no middleman.

02 Is my crypto safe?

Yes. Each deal generates a unique, dedicated wallet address. Funds stay locked there until the buyer explicitly releases them. Nothing moves without buyer approval — our system handles the on-chain transaction securely.

03 What happens if the other party doesn't respond?

If the partner doesn't join within 10 minutes, the deal is automatically cancelled. If a dispute arises after funds are in escrow, our support team reviews the evidence and mediates.

04 Which cryptocurrencies are supported?

We support BTC, ETH (ERC-20), LTC, SOL, USDT (ERC-20 & SPL), and USDC (ERC-20 & SPL). Litecoin is fully live now. All other coins are in testing and will launch soon.

05 How are fees calculated and who pays them?

Fee tiers: $0.10 flat under $60 · $1.50 flat for $60–$249 · 1% for $250+. You and your partner decide during setup who pays — buyer or seller. The fee is automatically deducted from the escrow amount.

06 Can I use MyCryptoMM for any type of trade?

MyCryptoMM is for legal peer-to-peer digital asset trades only. Illegal use is strictly prohibited and results in permanent suspension. See our Terms of Service for details.

07 Is there a mobile app?

Not yet, but the site is fully responsive on mobile. A native iOS & Android app is on our roadmap — follow our Discord for the announcement.
